Recruitment process
  1. 30-minute discussion (career path, ambitions, preferences)
    • Objective: understand your strengths, motivations and constraints (mobility, remoteness, zones).
    • Soft skills (1ʳᵉ reading): clarity of expression & active listening, curiosity, humility, customer focus.
    • Mini-situations (5 min): how do you prioritize two competing emergencies?
    • Deliverables expected: up-to-date CV, 2-3 significant assignments, availability & commitment preferences.
  2. Light practical case (reasoning, communication, prioritization)
    • Format: 45-60 min case study (written/oral) with deliberately incomplete context.
    • What we see: structuring, logic, taking in missing information, risk management.
    • Soft skills assessed: ownership, calm assertiveness, critical thinking, collaboration (asking for support/advice), ethics (transparent arbitration).
    • Deliverable: short action plan (1 page) + 3 success KPIs + risks/mitigations.
  3. Meeting pair + direction (fit & projection)
    • Objective: validate cultural fit and mission projection (customer, sector, country).
    • In-depth soft skills: collaborative leadership, decision-making communication, stress management, intercultural adaptability, political acumen.
    • Short role-play: constructively explain an unpopular decision (5-8 min).
    • Practical exchanges: availability, preferences (onshore/offshore/remote), salary range/TJM.
  4. Checks & proposal (48-72 h)
    • References (with your agreement): 1-2 professional contacts.
    • Compliance: NDA, ethics clause, RGPD, potential conflicts of interest.
    • Proposal: role, 90-day objectives, package / TJM, modalities (hybrid, remote, zones).
